The dog yard:

What a mess!
Smashed PVC jumps
Taenzer's happy: she's got a new obstacle!
The culprit. I hope the handyman guy is planning to cut the hanging part and the split branch off!
The shade garden with blue columbine blooming, lilies of the valley, lamium, a heuchera, and a glimpse of the giant hosta.
The shade garden from the street. Be sure to click on this one for the full size--it's really beautiful, and you can see both the blue flowers of the brunnera and the blue columbines, as well as how beautiful the silver brunnera leaves are, in themselves and in contrast with the European ginger.
This looks like clematis to me. They're not near any of my other clematis. I've never heard of volunteer clematis, but I'm going to leave this alone for a while and see what they do.
Not a garden pic, but so cute I couldn't resisit. Taenzer just loves having plenty of pillows and cushions to relax on!
