One thing I would truly like to know is how come whenever I put something carefully away "so I'l be able to find it again easily" (hysterical laughter), that virtually guarantees I'll never see it again? Or at least not until about 6 months after I need it, when I again find a place to put it "where I'll be able to find it next time I need it."

(Today's lost object is T-pins--I gotta get a set of blocking wires! My stole is going to have scallops I don't want.)
