Need a fully-working computer

I'm going to tote my laptop in to work tomorrow to see if I can get it working. If not, I guess I'll use my cat-sitting money to take it to a professional, or to get a new hard drive--or maybe both--so I can finally download pictures again.

This afternoon, I got a big Santa hat for Timber, and wrapped Taenzer in the calendar scarf, which I finished this morning. Timber was awfully good about having a Santa hat on his head, tied under his chin, but the picture-taking was a comedy. It snowed here this afternoon, so I took them out to sit them in front of the snow-laden blue spruce for a nice background. I'd get Timber sat down, and then turn to Taenzer to get her sitting parallel to him and try to get her scarf draped to show off the patterns, and then he'd pop up, so I'd have to sit him down and wiggle the hat back into the right position, then get Taenzer's attention (she's pretending hard that she's not there), then I'd back up a couple of steps to take the picture and Timber would pop back up again. Lather, rinse, and repeat, *lol*! They were very cute. And I think I got at least one good picture, though I don't think the scarf got shown off to best advantage.
