new sweater

I'm having an allergic reaction to something or other--my upper and lower eyelids are alarmingly swollen up--not red, just very swollen--and very itchy. I suspect it's the L'Oreal powder foundation I'm using--what's it called? Bare Naturale? Which is annoying, because I really like the look I get with it. The first foundation I've liked enough to use regularly in years, and I'm allergic to something in it. Geez. I wonder if I can wear any of the other mineral make-ups?

Anyway, here's the sweater I've been working on. I'm surprised I've gotten so far with it already! And I have 2 complete skeins and one partial skein left over, so I think I'll get my long sleeves after all.

I'm picking up for the first sleeve this afternoon. I think they'll be plain stocking stitch at least to the elbow, and then I might change to ribbing. Maybe. I'll have to see how it looks and how I feel.
