One of those days.

Zimbra still sucks. My boss had some colorful things to say about it this afternoon.

Annie peed on my bed last night which I discovered right before I went to bed. It soaked through the comforter, which is good because it didn't reach the mattress, but bad because it's supposed to get down into the 40s tonight and I'll have to dig out some blankets. She spent last night and today while I was at work in the spare room, with her litter boxes, fresh water, food, and a kitty cuddler, but I know she was lonesome.

Timber had diarrhea on the wood floor of the living room this morning, and then walked in it and tracked it all over. I came home at lunch and thought "What died??" What a mess. I'm still not sure I got it all up.

I had a completely upset stomach last night and today my total intake has been half a dozen gingersnaps, a piece of bread and butter, and a carton of yoghurt.

This morning as I was putting my contacts in, I opened the left side of the case, saw (fuzzily) some stuff at the bottom, and gave it a quick toss into the sink, then turned the water on. THEN went OH MY GOD MY CONTACT!!!! *sigh* My guardian angel was watching over me for sure, since it caught on the side of the sink instead of getting washed down the drain. I gave heartfelt thanks to TPTB.

Timber is having a nervous breakdown because I've got the bedroom door closed so Annie can't go in and pee on my bed again and he can't get to his crate.

One bit of good news is that although she still isn't eating much, she's at least initiating it; I haven't had to stick the food into her mouth to get her started today, I just put her beside the dish. I talked to the vet and she said Flagyl can give an animal (or a human) a queasy stomach, so maybe all is not lost.

And Taenzer is being my sweet patootie. :)

You've really had "one of those days". You have as much trouble with pets as you have with kids, same heartache too, and same joy, if all goes well. Too bad you have upset stomach as well. Hope you all feel better real soon.
